My stay here was quite different from what I expected, unfortunately. On top of that, when I arrived, the staff even called a tow truck on my vehicle while I was still inside it, which felt incredibly rude. I was really looking for some comfort but left disappointed.

This place suits me perfectly! Free parking, strong wi-fi, and a helpful 24-hour reception to assist with anything I need. I still remember how the staff helped me with an insect bite on my first stay. It's always a pleasant experience!

I was really grateful for a clean room and the friendly staff who went out of their way to help when we arrived late, making it a great spot for my city strolls since the beautiful Ascarate Park is just a short distance away and the vibrant Fountains at Farah are also nearby.

I found the internet connection to be spotty at times, which made streaming difficult. It would be great if they could improve that aspect. I had a good experience with the clean room and good mattress that really made a difference after a long day. And the staff were friendly, helped me check in earlier when I needed it so big ups on that!
